The Tech Talk Scholarship was founded in 2017 by Diana Hughes and Doug Davis, Port Townsend, WA.  Diana grew up in Palestine and has been a lifelong learner staying up to date on the latest technology trends.  Both Doug and Diana share this love of technology and also fitness and have recently combined the two into their new gymnastic training equipment called Tumbl Trak.
